2011 Western Nationals Second Place
Reno Diamonds 18U just completed a very successful 2011 Summer Season by finishing 2nd at the 18UA Western Nationals. The Diamonds team traveled to
Joyce Cathey President of The High Sierra Diamonds Softball Club and the Head Coach for the Reno Diamonds 18U Team.
Reno Diamonds is a non profit organization under new leadership dedicated to training young ladies in our community to play highly competitive fastpitch softball. The goal is to rise through the organization and compete in the 18 Golds earning a college scholarship. The lessons we teach in training, focus, teamwork and leadership are designed to cross over into all aspects of their education, future careers and life. The Reno Diamonds for many years have assisted several young women in reaching both softball and educational goals, our Alumni Page is dedicated to the past players in the Diamonds Organization.
Today the Reno Diamonds, under the watchful eye of it's new President Joyce Cathey is looking forward to the next generation of Diamond Graduates. We are beginning to add teams in the younger divisions.
